Once again this year, the Silberwald Christmas Trail will take place in Stosswihr in December!

Village volunteers pool their efforts and ingenuity to light up and decorate the streets on a Christmas theme, to liven up the day with concerts, carols and Christmas tales.

The trail starts at the Stosswihr village hall, continues to the Catholic church, then through the village streets to the Ampfersbach chapel and ends at the Silberwald grotto.

This Christmas event is organized by the commune of Stosswihr with the logistical and human support of the Munster Tourist Office, the Club Caméléon, village residents, valley artists and local associations.

The Christmas Trail can also be enjoyed on its own outside event dates. On guided tour days, a free shuttle bus runs between Munster and Stosswihr on a rotating basis from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. A return shuttle service to Munster is also available on request. The entire Silberwald trail is 2 km long. Accompanied and guided tours by local people can last around 2 hours, but everyone can do what they like at their own pace.
