From here, you'll explore the other side of the valley from the road that runs right through it from the Col du Bonhomme to the gates of Colmar. This new stage begins on a mountainside, with the discovery of a completely unexpected rocky site with a Mediterranean air. You'll then move on to a rural setting where greenery and agricultural landscapes punctuate your walk. Continue on to the territory's third highest peak, Petit Brézouard at 1206m, with its magnificent panorama over the neighboring valley and the Alsace plain. The last few kilometers of this stage take you through a mostly forested landscape. A final panoramic viewpoint awaits you at the Col de Chamont, where you can observe the typical rural setting before arriving in Fréland, your stopover village.
