After four years held near the stadium, the festival is returning to the village center for its 39th edition!
The event will take place over two evenings. Arrive before 8 p.m. and enjoy the “mini gourmet tour” included with your admission! A great way to get started as you sample four food-and-wine pairings as an appetizer!
2026 Program:
Friday, July 10, 2026: Admission includes a tasting glass and the
“mini gourmet stroll” ticket until 8:00 p.m. (Free for children under 15 when accompanied by an adult)
Starting at 6:30 p.m.: White Night! Dress code: wear white to celebrate Pfaffenheim’s great Alsatian white wines. A friendly, family-friendly evening for everyone.
- Play area for children on the square next to the church.
- Mini gourmet walk until 9:30 p.m. on Rue du Centre (4 stops for wine and food tastings).
- Regional folk entertainment from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (town hall stage).
- Starting at 7:30 PM: live music (three bands will invite you to dance) with three different styles to suit all generations.
- Wine tastings featuring wines from the village’s winemakers at various bars, including a sparkling wine bar and cocktail bar.
- Food: ham with Pinot Noir sauce and spaetzle, cold pâté en croûte with raw vegetables, tartes flambées, grilled meats with fries, sauerkraut and knepfla, winemaker’s salad, crêpes and artisanal ice cream, and other light bites.
- 11:30 p.m.: Entry to the festival closes. Event ends at 2:00 a.m.
Saturday, July 11, 2026: Admission is €10, which includes a tasting glass and a “mini gourmet stroll” ticket valid until 8:00 p.m.
Starting at 5:30 p.m.: traditional festive evening for everyone!
- Bucket race (teams of 2)—you can sign up now.
- Best bottle-opener contest—calling all amateurs!
- Play area for children next to the church.
- “Mini gourmet stroll” until 9:30 p.m. on Rue du Centre (4 stops for wine and food tastings).
- Wine tastings featuring local vintners’ wines at various bars, including a sparkling wine bar and cocktail bar.
- Food: ham with Pinot Noir sauce and spaetzle, cold pâté en croûte with raw vegetables, tartes flambées, grilled meats with fries, sauerkraut and knepfla, winemaker’s salad, crêpes, and artisanal ice cream, plus other light bites until 2 a.m.
- Street entertainment with the “Gugga Ratcha” until nightfall.
- Starting at 7:30 p.m., musical entertainment: 3 bands will set the mood and invite you to dance.
- Around 10:00 p.m., Tom Mathis’s show—“The King of Schlagger!”—on the stage in front of City Hall!
- 11:30 p.m.: Entry to the festival closes. Event ends at 2:00 a.m.
